How to learn oral Chinese quickly?
Have online tutors or language exchange partners with native Chinese speakers.
Talk with them through IM(Instant Messenger), such as Skype. Listen to their voice and watch how they pronounce.
Listen to Online Chinese radio and TV and use online Chinese-English Dictionary.
